Job Description
A Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate various marketing activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication across teams to bring our clients' visions to life.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials and content
Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines
Track campaign performance and compile reports for analysis
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Support event planning, social outreach, and promotional initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Help manage brand consistency across all marketing outputs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
