i3 is seeking a Jr. Systems Administrator who will serve as the first line of communication for users, will ensure that end-users have a smooth and efficient experience with technology tools by addressing Tier 0 and 1 desktop support, and will use technical experience, effective communication, and a customer-focused mindset to assist team members via phone, e-mail, virtual, and in-person.

- Recognize necessary improvements and make suggestions.
- Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- CompTIA Security+ CE.
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Ability to train and mentor other members of the team.
- Knowledge of virtualization fundamentals.
- Ability to remediate and troubleshoot issues.
