Job Purpose
The Staffing Coordinator position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. This position is responsible for ensuring the company has the right number of qualified employees to meet the operational needs. This position would work closely with the entire Human Resources Department and contributes to company-wide recruiting initiatives.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages entire new hire process for employees across multiple companies
- Recruitment: posting open positions, scheduling interviews, screening of candidates and initial interviews
- Organizes and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintains records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with hiring managers
- Facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Coordinates the pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and reference checks
- Plans and conducts new hire orientation
- Maintains company career sites and external job boards
- Ensures that job descriptions and interview guides are maintained - accurate and up to date, particularly during periods of change
- Manages employee information, including personnel files and HR databases
- Prepares reports on staffing levels, recruitment efforts, and other HR metrics
- Assists Human Resources Department with administrative responsibilities and special projects, including compilation of data, data analysis and report preparation/generation

- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Rippling and HiringThing preferred
- Sitting, Standing, Walking
- Lifting, raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling)
- Carrying, pushing or pulling office items up to 10 lbs.
- Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
