KJ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level GIS Analyst to join our growing Applied Data Management team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about geospatial data, mapping, and supporting engineering and environmental projects through spatial analysis and visualization.

KJ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level GIS Analyst to join our growing Applied Data Management team. Responsibilities
- Support project teams with GIS data creation, editing, and management using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
- Assist in the development of maps, dashboards, and story maps for internal and client-facing deliverables.
- Conduct geospatial analysis to support environmental assessments, infrastructure planning, and asset management.
- Build applications for field data collection using tools such as Survey123 and Field Maps.
- Collaborate with senior GIS staff and project managers to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and project alignment.
- Maintain documentation and metadata for geospatial datasets and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Science, GIS, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ESRI software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats, coordinate systems, and basic cartographic principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Python, ModelBuilder, or other automation tools is a plus.
- Exposure to CAD-GIS integration, ArcGIS Enterprise, or web mapping applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as dashboards or Power BI.
