We are seeking a Director of Facility Operations to assist with the partnership between our Beaufort & Savannah facility patients and their Primary Care team.
This position will be working a hybrid schedule that includes time in the Hardeeville or Pooler office as well as traveling out in the community daily. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

As the Director of Facility Operations at Your Health, you will oversee the operations of the clinical and administrative staff within long term care communities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our staff delivers exceptional patient care while fostering strong relationships with facility leadership. You will work closely with these facilities to ensure satisfaction with our services, provide education on Your Health's model of care, and continuously seek opportunities for service improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in strategic planning, staff development, partnership management, and expanding the presence within existing and new facilities, contributing to the

Your Health is currently looking for a Director of Facility Operations to join our growing primary care family. Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Nursing license must be active and in good standing.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare operations, facility management, partnerships, business development, or a related role.
- Long term care or other senior living facility experience required.
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership and negotiation skills.
- Should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and work collaboratively with other department heads, leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working condition.
