About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team of Account Managers at our Wilmington, North Carolina location. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies and fostering strong client relationships for both Protocase and 45Drives. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales culture across both companies.

About The Role

- Lead and Motivate: Inspire and coach a team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, using data to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
