The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role provides strategic leadership and direction to operational teams, aligns operational goals with company objectives, and drives performance improvement across departments.
WHAT YOU W I LL BE DOING:
This role may require occasional presence in field or operational environments where exposure to varying outdoor conditions including heat, cold, humidity, or dust is possible. While the position is primarily office based, understanding and navigating typical site-based operational conditions is essential for effective oversight and support of field teams.

WHAT YOU W I LL BE DOING:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities across departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to improve productivity, streamline processes, and optimize workflow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure departmental targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and budgets.
- Identify and manage risks related to operational efficiency, compliance, and business continuity.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and support change management initiatives and company-wide projects as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operational software, ERP systems, and project management tools
