• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss prep priorities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
