Overview

We are seeking a strategic and thorough Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will demonstrate your analytical skills to enhance account performance and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal reporting team to enhance and sustain tailored Excel reports and dashboards that summarize critical data
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting
  • Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to gather context for reporting and client updates
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external partners.
  • Support budget planning and forecasting activities.
  • Identify trends and patterns in account performance and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple data sources
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear, digestible reports for internal and external partners
  • Basic understanding of digital media channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing updates
  • Comfort working with Excel/Smartsheets and creating client-ready deliverables
  • Ability to interpret media data and explain performance trends in a clear, simple way
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, supportive attitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in an account management, marketing, or media-related role (internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with media and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, iSpot, Nielsen, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $39, 710 - $50,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 8/18/25
