We Offer Our Outside Sales Representatives
- W2 position, top-of-the-line commission, monthly bonus opportunity, and support
- The chance to run set appointments during parts of the week
- A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be awarded upon completing the ramp-up goal. $2,500 if roofing experience.

- Track record of exceeding sales goals to drive revenue by creating leads through mostly self-generated methods
- This hunter-based position includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods and knock on doors.
- Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection
- The candidate must have passion, energy, and a positive and relentless attitude
- The candidate will also possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
- Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player
- Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first
- Sales quota experience on a resume
- We offer a flexible schedule. However, availability to work throughout the day, including evenings and some Saturdays
- Proficient in working with computer software
- Smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
