In this contract-based role, you'll install advanced DAIKIN VRV/VRF and equivalent systems on residential and commercial projects, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional indoor climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install VRV/VRF systems (primarily DAIKIN or equivalent brands) in residential and commercial properties, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and schematics to plan and execute installations accurately.
• Perform piping, wiring, and start-up of multi-zone systems with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Conduct system testing, balancing, and commissioning to meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing questions or concerns.
• Ensure a safe and organized job site at all times.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate installation records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing DAIKIN VRV/VRF or equivalent advanced HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• MA HVAC License RT or RC strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant piping, wiring practices, and control systems for VRV/VRF.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site.

Schedule
