Red's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a primary focus on NetSuite. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this pivotal role will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, driving impactful changes that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP functionalities, a proven track record in product management methodologies, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system improvements within a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evangelize the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology architecture.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR) to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements, pain points, and opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Solution Design & Implementation Leadership: Work closely with technical teams (internal developers, external consultants) to design scalable and robust solutions within NetSuite. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring successful implementation of new features, modules, and integrations.
  • System Optimization & Governance: Continuously analyze system performance, user feedback, and industry best practices to identify areas for optimization, automation, and process improvements within NetSuite. Establish and enforce governance standards for data quality, configuration, and system usage.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, fostering strong relationships. Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and support to ensure high user adoption and minimal disruption during system changes.
  • Backlog Management: Own and meticulously manage the ERP product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with NetSuite account managers and third-party integration partners to leverage platform capabilities, resolve issues, and stay abreast of upcoming releases and features.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP system usage and impact.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with ERP changes and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience demonstrating increased responsibility in roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in agile product management, business analysis, or a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading and implementing changes within an ERP system, specifically NetSuite.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of core business, financial processes in a food manufacturing environment and how they are modeled in an ERP system.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, NetSuite Administrator Certification, Certified Product Owner).
  • Experience with other business applications and how they integrate with ERP systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS).
  • Previous experience in a consulting role focused on ERP implementations.
