Essential Responsibilities
- Conducts cross-functional financial reporting analysis and findings to assist in guiding company decisions in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, and logistics, to address challenges and ensure seamless operations across the organization.
- Participates in strategy sessions to discuss demand trends, production planning, and inventory levels and address identified challenges.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the SIOP process, including assisting in the implementation of identified process improvements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related function, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain or finance-related role, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management principles, and inventory control processes required.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of computer-based data and analytics and ERP systems required. Experience in SQL, Power BI, JD Edwards, or similar tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data sets into cohesive reports to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills are required.
