As we undergo a strategic transformation to position our brands for future growth, we're looking for an experienced HR Program Manager to join our dynamic team and lead key people initiatives that will shape the next chapter of our business.

We’re seeking a resourceful HR Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves a good challenge, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed to drive progress! This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—someone who is collaborative, proactive, and eager to partner with a tight-knit core team to get things done.

You’ll lead and support enterprise-wide HR programs that directly fuel our transformation efforts. From workforce initiatives to change enablement and communications, you’ll be a key player in shaping how our people experience this exciting chapter of our evolution!

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work on site in our Pawtucket, RI office 3 days per week.

A day in the life of an HR Program Manager:

  • Jump In and Lead: Partner closely with the core HR transformation team to design, build, and execute people programs that align with our strategic goals—no task too small, no challenge too big.
  • Drive Execution with Grit: Own project planning, governance, and delivery timelines across global HR workstreams, using scrappy creativity and problem-solving to keep things moving forward.
  • Build Trust Across Stakeholders: Act as the go-to connector across global HR teams, Legal, Communications, and business partners to align objectives and manage program dependencies.
  • Champion Change: Help lead the people side of change, crafting strategies that drive adoption of new tools, processes, and mindsets—while keeping employees engaged and informed.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Develop compelling HR communications that ensure transparency and build confidence across leadership and employee audiences.
  • Make Data Actionable: Track program KPIs and success measures, distilling insights into practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor project team members, cultivating a culture of accountability, curiosity, and adaptability.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR program or project management, preferably within global or matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale HR initiatives in environments experiencing change or transformation
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions (e.g., talent, org development, communications, operations)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, with additional proficiency in AI-powered productivity platforms such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

The base salary range for this position is $88,200.00 to $132,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
