What You'll Do:
- Be the first warm welcome and last reassuring goodbye for pets and their families
- Answer phones with a smile, book and confirm appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling
- Educate clients about preventive care, wellness plans, and basic pet needs (we’ll help you learn!)
- Process payments, review treatment estimates, and explain services with confidence and compassion
- Maintain accurate medical records and help keep our hospital tidy, inside and out
- Support our veterinary team with strong communication and coordination skills
- Go the extra mile to make every client feel seen, heard, and cared for
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a medical or veterinary setting
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment
