About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Finance to lead the financial infrastructure of our growing construction company. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations—including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management—while driving process improvements and ensuring strong internal controls.
You will work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives, optimize resource allocation, and support project-level financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and brings deep expertise in construction finance, job costing, and operational efficiency.
