Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to support our dealership operations. This role involves managing key aspects of wholesales, CVPs, vehicle purchases, flooring, inventory reconciliation, and internal financial processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in automotive systems (e.g., CDK, Netstar), understands dealership operations, and can effectively balance accounting tasks with inventory logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Management*
  • Post vehicle deals, manage title work, and handle payment processing for wholesale transactions
  • CVP Accounting
  • Process accounting for New to CVP and CVP to Used transactions
  • Track and record ACVs and write downs accurately
  • Schedule Maintenance*
  • Maintain clean and accurate schedules for New, Used, Wholesale, CVP, and Due Bill accounts
  • Used Car Purchases*
  • Process vehicle purchases from street buys, auctions, and DPP sources
  • Audit own paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Flooring Operations*
  • Manage flooring activities, including advancing, paying off units, and handling flooring audits
  • Vehicle Transportation*
  • Coordinate and process transportation invoices and bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Set up payments for vehicle delivery and logistics, including new car deliveries
  • Spiffs & Commission Vouchers*
  • Charge spiffs accurately to vehicles and maintain documentation for commission vouchers
  • Inventory Reconciliations*
  • Reconcile inventory data across Advent, Netstar, CDK, and dealership websites
  • MB Netstar EFTs*
  • Process MSS and CVP credits through MB Netstar EFT systems
  • General Assistance*
  • Support dealer trades and DMV desk tasks as needed
  • Assist with Netstar inventory management and processing trade-ins




Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive accounting, inventory, or dealership operations
  • Working knowledge of CDK, Netstar, Advent, or similar dealership management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and audit own work for accuracy
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
