Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engine Shipping Report Specialist / Logistics Specialist to join our Tooling Business Unit. This individual will be responsible for preparing, validating, and maintaining shipping documentation and inventory records for aerospace engine logistics. You will support internal teams and stakeholders by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant logistics and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain engine shipping reports in accordance with logistics and export compliance requirements
  • Prepare documentation using established templates and standard work procedures
  • Track and replenish inventory, promotional materials, and product supplies
  • Monitor and analyze demand trends, inventory levels, lead times, and service goals
  • Coordinate logistics and optimize shipping activities between shipping sites, carriers, and end users
  • Ensure documentation accuracy for weekly reports, historical tracking, and process updates
  • Collaborate across departments and act as a liaison with customers and logistics teams to resolve service issues
  • Support stakeholder approvals and maintain document repositories for audit readiness
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and help ensure successful project execution


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, export compliance documentation, or aerospace industry operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (experience with trackers and reporting tools)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required (due to ITAR regulations)
