
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
DITA is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns for the brands DITA and DITA-Lancier. You will communicate daily about content creations, oversee campaign schedules that determine success or failure by pulling key performance indicators, and keep on the pulse of the ever-changing social media landscape. The goal of this role is to implement broader online marketing strategies through social media accounts–strengthening the overall brand presence online.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in social media and marketing, ideally within a luxury or fashion environment
- A strong understanding of social media content and content adaptation
- Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail, process driven
- Familiarity with analytics for social media
- Capable user of InDesign, Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-based skills are essential
- Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously
RESPONSIBILITIES:
DITA & DITA-Lancier
- Liaison with marketing and design to conceive stories, develop strategies, production schedules, and deliver analytics for product launches & brand communication for all social media channels
- Oversee the management, scheduling and delivery of the content calendar across all social channels
- Forecast new social media trends through research of developing social media landscape
- Monitor content performance, create reports based on key social metrics, and present strategies to improve online brand presence.
- Strategize new social strategies that integrate trends while maintaining brand guidelines
- Community management: Across all social media channels - facilitating online conversations with customers and responding to queries. This includes reporting on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
- Work with the marketing team to define content for specific sales regions: Europe, USA, Japan, China, etc.
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Exceed KPI targets across all social media channels
- Represent the DITA and DITA-Lancier brands at all times in accordance with branding guidelines
