Role Overview:

As a Community and Influencer Coordinator, you'll play a central role in building the heart of Bubble—from our expansive ambassador program to our network of micro and college creators. This role is rooted in authentic connection and community-led growth, with a focus on deepening engagement, expanding reach, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the warmth and spirit of the brand.

You'll work across Bubble's ambassador, campus, and creator ecosystems—empowering our fans to become advocates and turning creators into long-term brand partners. You'll also support tracking and reporting across both areas, helping the team use real-time data and community feedback to inform strategy.

Community & Campus Engagement (60%)

Ambassador Program Management

  • Support and grow Bubble's ambassador and campus rep programs through ongoing communication, content collection, and challenge ideation.
  • Lead day-to-day engagement in our digital community spaces ensuring a positive, inclusive experience.
  • Manage ambassador feedback loops and sentiment tracking to evolve programming and uncover new opportunities.
  • Spearhead recruitment of new ambassadors with a focus on diversity, alignment with brand values, and organic advocacy potential.

Campus Event Planning & Support

  • Coordinate logistics for on-campus activations, including ambassador sourcing, shipping needs, and live event support.
  • Travel to select college events to support high-touch experiences and strengthen campus presence.
  • Partner with the larger marketing and retail teams to connect campus efforts with product launches and retail moments.

Community Programming, Insights & Strategy

  • Help concept and execute workshops, events, and content activations to drive ongoing engagement.
  • Compile weekly and monthly community reports highlighting engagement metrics, participation trends, and content performance.
  • Present key takeaways to inform programming decisions, ambassador outreach, and campaign planning.

Influencer Marketing (40%)

Micro-Influencer & College Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, outreach, and recruit college creators and micro-influencers (with a strong focus on college-aged talent) across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain detailed creator trackers, vetting each partner for alignment, engagement, and creative fit.
  • Support seeding programs, product mailers, and briefing processes for organic and paid partnerships.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines for influencer campaigns—from first outreach to final asset collection.
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and content quality, compiling learnings to optimize future activations.
  • Support creation of recap decks and presentations to share impact across teams and recommend data-backed next steps.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in community engagement, event planning, influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of beauty influencer marketing trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and make strategic recommendations to enhance community growth efforts.
