Your mission
You’ll be working in Boston, our US HQ, owning the whole content creation function in the company, bringing the Output Sports vision to life. This means that you will be doing the strategy, planning, shooting, editing, posting, and reporting on all our social media with special attention to videos and visual media (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube shorts, TikTok). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they can shape both strategy and execution, from content creation to community building, from trend spotting to reporting.

You’re just as happy whipping up a reel in CapCut as you are diving into analytics to figure out why last week’s post blew up (or flopped).
You’ve likely grown an account or two before, whether for a startup, a side project, or a brand you love. You’re not here to just “manage social.” You want to shape a voice, build a following, and tell a story that sticks. You believe social is where the brand lives day-to-day, and you're ready to be its heartbeat.
What We’re Looking For
At Output Sports, we make elite sports-science simple and scalable. Output originated from an interdisciplinary collaboration between a physiotherapist and an electronic engineer in a Data Analytics research centre in University College Dublin, Ireland. Having launched in early 2020, we now work with over 800 clients globally including Premier League, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, Champions League, International Rugby and Olympic sporting setups. Backed by some of Ireland’s best investors, we are building a diverse team of world-class engineers, sports scientists and commercial staff around the world to bring our product to the global market. Our tech can help athletes at any level achieve their training goals by providing them with the measures that truly matter for success.

Your Responsibilities
- Own the brand on social You’ll lead the full content lifecycle from ideation to creation to publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll shape how we show up, talk, and evolve over time.
- Create content that actually resonates You’ll make scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or whatever tool helps you work fast and look great.
- Build and iterate a smart strategy You’ll choose where we go deep and where we experiment always with our goals, audience, and momentum in mind. You’ll be a thought partner to the marketing team, connecting the dots between content, product, and brand.
- Foster an engaged community You’ll get in the comments, start conversations, and find us in unexpected places from Reddit threads to Facebook groups. You’ll lay the foundation for a community that wants to stay close.
- Let insights guide you You’ll track what’s working (and what’s not), dig into the “why,” and bring back smart, clear next steps. You’ll get better every week and take us with you.
- Spot creators and collabs worth our time You’ll identify influencers and partners who align with our brand and values, and explore creative ways to work together whether that’s product seeding, storytelling, or something we haven’t tried yet.
- Stay sharp and lead the way You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and platform changes helping us stay relevant and smart, not performative. You’ll help shape our point of view and presence in the market.

- You’ve got a portfolio of content created and work on social for a growing brand or startup
- You write with clarity and personality, and create visuals or videos that work
- You love both strategy and execution, and can think across multiple platforms
- You know how to pull insights from data, report, and act on them
- You live online, but think critically about when (and how) to show up
- You move fast, collaborate easily, and don’t need your hand held
- Have experience running or testing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Are into sports, fitness, or movement — or just get the culture around it
- Know how to speak to niche or B2B audiences
- Have worked with influencers, UGC, or creator partnerships
- Have a background in strength and conditioning or coaching
