Bush certified the North Central Texas Workforce Development Area (WDA) and on July 25, 1996, the Chief Elected Officials of the 14-county WDA signed a partnership agreement forming the North Central Texas Workforce Development Board and selected the North Central Texas Council of Governments as its fiscal agent, grant recipient and administrative agent. Our WDA includes Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell and Wise counties.

WSNCT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Brand Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is key to maintaining and advancing WSNCT’s brand presence, ensuring that visual materials, online campaigns, and website content align with our organizational branding and messaging standards. What you will bring with you - Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design and update visual materials, such as flyers, brochures, event programs, reports, and graphics, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Create and manage digital assets, including social media visuals, banners and advertisements and email graphics.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with organizational goals.
- Collaborate on landing pages, campaigns and creative concepts for projects and initiatives.
- Audit website to identify and resolve outdated content, broken links and design inconsistencies.
- Monitor website analytics to improve user engagement and experience.
- Assist with management of third-party web applications including the website chatbot, forms and event calendars.
- Work with IT or developers to implement design updates and address technical issues.
- A high level of creativity and attention to detail, coupled with a strong customer service mindset.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in graphic design, including experience creating digital and print materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of website management best practices and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital content creation, branding, communications, or a related field (can include internships).
- FLSA: Exempt
- Starting Salary: $61,835.00 depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
- This position offers a hybrid work option after an onboarding period of approximately 30 days.

- Paid Leave
- Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days are provided as part of the benefit plan, as well as specified holidays. This position also includes a phone allowance.
- Retirement
- NCTCOG participates in a defined contribution plan as an alternative to Social Security. The defined contribution retirement plan provides retirement benefits for all eligible employees. NCTCOG contributes twelve percent (12%) of permanent full-time employees' gross salaries. Participating employees contribute six percent (6%) of gross salary. An employee becomes forty percent (40%) vested in NCTCOG's contributions after three full years of employment. An additional fifteen percent {15%) is vested for each additional year of employment. An employee becomes fully vested after seven years of employment.
