Jr. Case Manger/Case Manger - Child Support Division

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the direction and supervision of the assigned supervisor or designee, the Case Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the establishment, enforcement, and/or review and adjustment of child support cases in accordance with federal, state and local laws and procedures. In addition, the incumbent will have ultimate responsibility to ascertain that all CSEA mandates are completed and processes the appropriate documentation for the child support cases.
