1 **Shift:** First Shift (United States of America) **Summary:** Responsible for quality assurance and improvement functions for the Office of Research Subject Protection (ORSP) in support of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center's research protection programs. Improves research processes and outcomes; collects, validates and analyzes relevant data on research incidents including number filed, common themes/occurrences indicating a trend, and number of studies per investigator. Facilitates interdisciplinary groups established to promote evidence-based changes; provides data to internal groups; facilitates, measures and reports sequential improvements. Coordinates the use of the research databases utilized by the ORSP; serves as the operational expert of the Huron Click System and Key Solutions System and software products obtained by ORSP (e.g. Conflict of Interest Software); provides all documentation related to the use of the database systems including any new procedures for collection of data. The salary range for this position is $77,535 - $95,617 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience **Qualifications:** Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in data analysis or in a research environment that includes data analysis; or
- Associate's degree in a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in data analysis or in a research environment that includes data analysis.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
