What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearheading the rapid deployment of 25-30 campus build-outs within a 6-12 month acceleration period
  • Taking full ownership of construction schedules and eliminating bottlenecks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Directing the entire vendor lifecycle—from selection and negotiation to performance management
  • Synchronizing efforts across permitting, real estate, legal, and operations teams to ensure flawless launch execution
  • Engineering a scalable, replicable build methodology that improves with each new location
  • Architecting maintenance protocols and ensuring seamless transitions to on-site facility teams

Basic Requirements

We're seeking an execution powerhouse—whether your background is in consulting, education, commercial real estate, or retail expansion—with a proven track record of launching physical locations under non-negotiable constraints.

Your Qualifications Should Include

  • 10+ years orchestrating facility launches, managing capital projects, or driving physical expansion initiatives
  • Exceptional track record in vendor/contractor management and timeline adherence
  • Proven expertise navigating permitting processes, launch workflows, and cross-functional coordination
  • Relentless ownership mentality—you anticipate challenges and keep projects advancing regardless of obstacles
  • Proficiency leveraging AI tools to enhance communication efficiency and reporting effectiveness
  • U.S. work authorization and capacity for 25% domestic travel (approximately one week monthly)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
