This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Spearheading the rapid deployment of 25-30 campus build-outs within a 6-12 month acceleration period
- Taking full ownership of construction schedules and eliminating bottlenecks across multiple jurisdictions
- Directing the entire vendor lifecycle—from selection and negotiation to performance management
- Synchronizing efforts across permitting, real estate, legal, and operations teams to ensure flawless launch execution
- Engineering a scalable, replicable build methodology that improves with each new location
- Architecting maintenance protocols and ensuring seamless transitions to on-site facility teams
- Following an established playbook—you'll be writing it as you conquer each challenge
- Managing launches sequentially—you'll orchestrate multiple simultaneous build-outs
- Delegating quality assurance—you own the standard for launch readiness
- Fixing avoidable mistakes—your expertise lies in prevention, alignment, and flawless execution
