JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the continued administrative support to the customer, service technicians, service staff, and service managers so that policies and procedures are created, implemented, and adhered to, to ensure a consistent and professional level of internal and external customer service in the CRC. Works under general supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Continually evaluates current procedures and recommends needed changes to increase the efficiencies of the administrative processes within the CRC. Ensures compliance with documented procedures and local work instructions.
- Maintains a high level of understanding of our current ERP system as well as the various PC programs and web sites used.
- Maintains contract databases, and provide monthly Contract Expiration Reports for CFPM, SM and Contract Labor Agreements.
- Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day training of the Service Coordinators as required by the Service Operations Supervisor.
- Assists in resolving customer issues, principally through phone conversations and email with the customer.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly Service Operations reporting, including, but not limited to WIP, SM's, Labor Reconciliation and Open PO.
- Compiles needed reports for Service Management as required.
- Process all special invoicing as needed.
- Produce Monthly CRC Report Cards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Assumes responsibility for documentation distribution within the department.
- Runs end-of-month performance reporting.
- Creates Customer Fleet Management binders for Service Management as requested.
- Runs exception reports to ensure all of the billing is correctly administered.
- Acts as local primary contact for phones, EZ Pass and Fuel Cards for the PSG.
- All other duties & special projects as assigned.
