Job Duties

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Operations and SCM department aligned with the company's overall business objectives. (15%)
• Evaluate and identify emerging digital technologies, tools, and solutions that can drive improvements in End-to-End supply chain and operations. (10%)
• Collaborate with Operations and SCM teams to identify areas of improvement in existing processes and workflows and define digital solutions to streamline and optimize these processes. (10%)
• Oversee data analytics and data management initiatives to improve operations & supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities. (10%)
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the Operations & SCM department. This includes training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. (10%)
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. (10%)
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to implement digital solutions, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts as needed. (5%)
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, regularly report progress to senior management, and make necessary adjustments. (5%)
• Build and lead a high-performing team of digital transformation professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities. (15%)
  
  

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Technology, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the offered position or position in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Technology or Engineering.

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes:

• Experience in a leadership role focused on digital transformation within the Operations, IT and supply chain domain.
• Knowledge of Operations, supply chain processes, logistics, and relevant technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, Processing Mining, Blockchain, ERP systems (SAP).
• Experience architecting and delivering business enabling technologies supporting ERP, SAP ECC and/or S/4.
• Knowledge of SCM Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Warehouse Management (SAP WM, eWM), Global Trade, Global Logistics, Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), APO Advance Planning, & GATP.
• Experience with SAP Project Management with all project stages including business development, RFP Process, Vendor On-boarding, budget management, project estimating, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience with supply chain compliance and data security requirements.
• Experience with technical mapping.

Salary: $245,000/year
