  • This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.


The Social Media Manager is responsible for, executing T-Mobile Fiber’s social strategy and supporting our Broadband line of business in bringing attention-grabbing content from brief to feed. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize performance social media campaigns that enhance T-Mobile Fiber brand awareness, drive engagement and inspire prospective customers to switch.

You should have experience managing social media campaigns from start to finish. The content calendar you manage will be a mix of lower-funnel paid performance social marketing, organic content, creators and whitelisting.

You are data-driven and consumer-focused, using insights and analytics to develop effective consumer-first social campaigns across the entire funnel, with a focus on increasing our conversion efficiency. You will report on performance metrics and translating findings into actionable strategies. You’ll also lead agencies in the development of thoughtfully crafted creative briefs and problem-solve challenges as they arise.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Media, Analytics, T-Mobile Fiber Business, Advertising and Activation Teams. You should feel comfortable presenting to a wide team of peers and leaders regularly. You’ll demonstrate your broad social experience to provide guidance, expert advice and a social-forward strategy that integrates with the overarching brand creative strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes paid and organic social media strategies for T-Mobile Fiber, optimizing creative across various social platforms to inform tactics and creative executions, including channels, placements, visual and copy continuity.
  • Leads the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns that drive measurable results aligned with business goals.
  • Creates and manages content calendars that include organic, influencer and paid social creative.
  • Builds campaign briefs that align with strategic goals and consumer insights to develop impactful social content.
  • Analyzes and reports on campaign performance, tracking key metrics, front-end and back-end performance to refine social strategies.
  • Collaborates with agencies, internal teams, and external brand partners to develop paid social creative.
  • Stays up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred)


Work Experience:

  • 5-7 Years proven experience in social media, content development, digital marketing, or related field, with a focus on both brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Experience managing social content, working with agency partners, and collaborating with brand teams.
  • Background in social media strategy, digital marketing or social/digital/media agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Base Pay Range: $72,800 - $131,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
