Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement a world-class development program that transforms Guides into masters of the Alpha learning system
- Create definitive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, establish performance standards, and provide strategic solutions to learning challenges
- Deliver precise, actionable feedback that measurably elevates Guide performance and student outcomes
- Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating advanced coaching techniques that become benchmarks for your team
- Developing traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your focus is building exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—when our standard is 100%, your job is ensuring every student reaches it
- Conducting passive training sessions—your development approach will be dynamic, immersive, and results-driven

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs with measurable results
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with evidence of building and motivating high-performance teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis with demonstrated ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin or Plano, TX campus
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
