Procurement Specialist
MANIFEST Technology
PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST to Serve the Financial Industry
MANIFEST Technology is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support a major financial‑services client by managing technology renewals, purchase orders, new purchases, and cross‑functional coordination across Legal, Architecture, Security, Finance, and other shared‑services teams.
This role blends traditional procurement responsibilities with a growing need for technical discernment—evaluating risk levels across different types of technology requests, distinguishing enhancements from net‑new products, and ensuring the right due‑diligence path is followed.
The Specialist will also play a key role in intake management, qualifying and clarifying incoming requests, gathering missing information from business partners, and directing each request to the appropriate teams rather than triggering unnecessary reviews.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, deductive reasoning, comfort working within ServiceNow (Ideas & Demand), and the ability to collaborate with business users who may be frustrated with the current intake process. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term growth potential, including the chance to help shape and document new, streamlined GREENFIELD processes.
Job Type: Contract-to-hire
Duration: Long-term and on going
Location: Hybrid – prefer candidates who reside in the Lakeville, MN area.
Pay Range: $45-55/hr

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Finance, Architecture, Security, and business units to ensure alignment and timely execution
