resbiotic is a science-first, clinically validated consumer health company pioneering the Gut-X Axis, targeting multiple organ systems (lung, metabolism, immunity, hormones) through precision biotic formulations. Our mission is to scientify the supplement industry through product-level clinical validation and category creation. We are scaling rapidly across E-commerce (Shopify, TikTok Shop, digital channels), Retail (Walmart, Walgreens, HEB, etc), and HCP channels.
The Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to own and scale the company’s entire growth and marketing engine. This is a high-ownership, operator-first leadership role responsible for Performance-driven growth, brand, messaging, PR, and market positioning.
You will own how resbiotic grows, how it shows up in the market, and how efficiently that translates into revenue. This role will report directly to the CEO, with significant growth opportunities within the company
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Growth & Marketing will own the following outcomes and will be expected to drive results directly, through internal team members, and through external contractors/agencies as appropriate.
Growth & Revenue Engine
● Own growth across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and digital channels
● Personally drive strategy, prioritization, execution, and performance management across core growth channels
● Build repeatable systems for testing, scaling, and improving revenue performance
Performance Marketing
● Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
● Directly manage or closely supervise media buying, campaign testing, creative iteration, and budget allocation
● Coordinate Walmart Connect and retail media efforts with the retail team
Brand, Messaging & PR
● Own brand positioning, messaging strategy, product storytelling, and consumer-facing narratives
● Directly create, refine, or approve messaging across ads, website, email, retail materials, PR, and social channels
● Lead PR strategy and external communications in coordination with internal and external partners
Organic & Content Growth
● Own the organic growth engine across social, influencer, UGC, affiliate, and creator channels
● Personally guide content strategy, creator briefs, campaign direction, and performance review
● Build scalable content systems that support both brand awareness and conversion
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
● Own retention strategy across email, SMS, subscriptions, and repeat purchase journeys
● Work directly with lifecycle partners/agencies to improve LTV, retention, repeat purchase, and subscription performance
● Ensure customer journeys are aligned with brand, science, and commercial goals
E-commerce Conversion
● Own PDP optimization, landing pages, AOV growth, bundles, upsells, subscriptions, and funnel conversion
● Directly guide CRO priorities and supervise execution through contractors, designers, developers, and internal team members
● Use data, customer insights, and testing to continuously improve conversion performance
Channel Strategy & Budget Allocation
● Own marketing budget allocation across growth channels
● Scale what works, cut what does not, and reallocate spend quickly based on performance
● Build weekly reporting systems for CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, and contribution margin
Retail Marketing Coordination
● Partner with the retail team to support Walmart, Walgreens, HEB, and other retail launches
● Own marketing coordination around retail moments, in-store support, digital campaigns, product messaging, and trade/retail media alignment
● Ensure retail marketing supports sell-through, reorder velocity, and brand consistency
Team & Agency Leadership
● Lead internal team members, contractors, and agencies with clear priorities, timelines, KPIs, and accountability
● Ensure work gets done either personally, through the team, or through external partners, with no ambiguity around ownership
● Create a high-performance operating rhythm across marketing, growth, creative, lifecycle, and e-commerce
AI-Driven Growth
● Use AI tools and internal AI engines to improve speed, decision-making, experimentation, reporting, and execution
● Work closely with the AI engineer to automate repeatable marketing and growth workflows
● Build an AI-first growth function that can scale faster and more efficiently than a traditional consumer brand team
● Drive growth across Shopify (DTC), TikTok Shop, and other digital channels
● Own revenue growth, channel performance, and marketing efficiency

Qualifications
Required
● 5–10+ years in growth, marketing, or e-commerce leadership
● Proven track record scaling DTC brands into high double digits or triple digits
● Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and CRO
● Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
● Experience in supplements, health, or wellness
● AI-native mindset
Preferred
● Experience with retail-integrated brands
● Experience managing agencies and contractors
