We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate (CSA) to help us elevate our customer relationships and value. This role would be a great fit for someone desiring to work in the growing field of digital health, enjoys administrative tasks, compassionate customer support, and seeks to bring consistency and dependability to our operational efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and technology skills, attention to detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Manage the assurance of clean data for all practices and patients within our proprietary software. Perform manual processes as needed.

Compliance Monitoring Oversight: Track and act on patient compliance risks across all products and services. Prepare compliance reports.

Device Order Fulfillment: Manage the order fulfillment process for medical devices across all practices. Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to prevent delays in patient onboarding.

Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective support to patients for device and software usage, reporting unresolved issues promptly and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Requirements

This position is on-site at our Irvine, California office. No remote work offered.

Strong technology background with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office. Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Wrike) and EHR/EMR is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient work product.
