Project Manager – K-12 Construction | Marietta, Georgia

I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in K-12 construction. We’re partnered with a nationally recognized GC hiring for multiple locations throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering large-scale education and public-sector projects.

Salary: $120K – $135K Base + Bonus

Location: Marietta, Georgia ~ other locations available depending on project experience!

Relocation Support Available

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience

• Strong background managing ground-up K-12 projects

• Experience overseeing projects valued at $20M+

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Experience working within occupied-campus environments preferred

• Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software
