Position Overview

North Carolina Recovery Support Services is seeking a highly skilled and organized Mental

Health Office Manager to support operations at our Navaho Drive clinical site. This position

supports compliance with North Carolina Medicaid, 10A NCAC 27G regulations, and Alliance

Health requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain 20–25 client records in compliance with 10A NCAC 27G documentation standards

- Manage 8 personnel files in accordance with HR and confidentiality regulations

- Screen referrals for Residential Treatment and SAIOP services per NC service definitions

- Ensure documentation meets Medicaid and Alliance Health audit standards

- Support internal audits and quality assurance activities

- Maintain accurate data entry and records management systems

- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff

Compliance Requirements

- Ensure all documentation meets 10A NCAC 27G requirements

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA confidentiality standards

- Follow Alliance Health MCO guidelines for service authorization and documentation

- Support readiness for state and MCO audits

- Ensure proper maintenance of service records and personnel documentation

Qualifications

- Experience in behavioral health or substance use services

- Experience screening referrals for Residential or SAIOP programs

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment

Office-based position at Navaho Drive site. Collaborative team environment with shared

administrative responsibilities.
