Position Summary
Gearbox Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Marketing Intern to support brand growth and marketing initiatives for GRBX. This role provides hands-on experience in content creation, market research, and campaign execution within a mission driven and fast growing environment.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and proactive, with an interest in marketing, branding, and digital media. This position is well suited for a student looking to gain practical experience contributing to real world marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate content creation across multiple platforms, including graphics, videos, and presentations
• Assist in maintaining consistent and professional brand messaging
• Conduct research on relevant statistics, key performance indicators KPIs, and market trends to support strategic growth
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns from planning through implementation
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine marketing concepts and materials
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media
• Ability to think critically and contribute to data informed decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
• Leadership or campus involvement experience
• Experience creating digital content for social media or marketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of analytics, KPIs, and growth metrics
• Interest in marketing within a technology driven or startup environment
