OSP Fiber & Utility Infrastructure

We are partnering with a growing telecommunications infrastructure company seeking a driven Sales Executive focused on OSP fiber and utility infrastructure projects throughout the Mountain West.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities related to:

• Fiber optic infrastructure
• OSP telecom construction
• Directional drilling & trenching
• Broadband expansion
• Underground utility installation
• Municipal & utility infrastructure projects
• Data center connectivity

The ideal candidate will have experience selling within telecommunications, utility, or infrastructure construction markets and understand how to build long-term relationships with carriers, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and developers.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of telecom, utility, or construction sales experience
• Strong business development / hunter mentality
• Experience with OSP fiber or underground utility projects
• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

• Base salary: $90K–$120K DOE
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE: $180K–$300K+
• Vehicle allowance + benefits
