Who this role is for

• You are a board-certified PMHNP with at least 1 year of experience post-certification
• You are licensed in Illinois
• You carry individual professional liability insurance
• You have a collaborating physician or are willing to obtain one (if required by state law)
• You want to serve insurance-based patients
