Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Shift: 8-5pm
- The salary range for this position is expected to be between $50,000 - 60,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

FLSA Status: Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
The Project Manager manages an assigned portfolio of affordable housing projects under the direction of senior leadership. This role coordinates with partners to support compliance requirements, reporting deadlines, and property tax exemption processes.
Track and manage compliance deadlines; monitor changes in requirements and coordinate with partners to ensure timely completion
Track property tax exemption deadlines; monitor regulatory changes and prepare and submit applications
Support project closings by coordinating due diligence documentation, auditing materials, and preparing documents for signature
Collaborate with project stakeholders and community agencies to support low-income individuals and seniors
Administer internal programs and initiatives as assigned
Prepare reports and maintain accurate electronic records
Perform additional duties as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
California Notary Public (or willingness to obtain certification)
