About the Rol

eThe Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our USA office. Based in Fresno, California, this role involves managing routine administrative tasks, supporting finance and accounting activities, and coordinating with global teams to ensure the seamless functioning of our North American entity. The role is ideal for a methodical professional who thrives in a structured corporate environment and enjoys a blend of operational and financial responsibilities

Responsibiliti

  • esLead day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth functioning, handling routine tasks and general office activities in an organized and professional manne
  • r.Support finance and accounting activities, including invoice recording, documentation, and basic reconciliations, while assisting with statutory and internal reporting under guidance from the Head Offic
  • e.Manage order-related operations, including order entry, documentation, invoicing, and material tracking to ensure timely delivery to customer
  • s.Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation, contributing to internal processes linked to reporting and audit requirement
  • s.Coordinate vendor and client-related activities, managing invoice sharing, payment records, and necessary follow-ups as part of regular operation
  • s.Provide administrative HR support for payroll processing, member records, insurance documentation, and staff expense claim
  • s.Oversee logistics and travel, including accommodation bookings, banking-related tasks, and supporting customer events or exhibitions when require
  • d.Collaborate with global members in India and other international offices, gaining exposure to regional and global ways of working within Forbes Marshal
