About The Role

We're looking for energetic, camera-friendly people to join our live streaming team. You don't need to be a trained salesperson — if you're comfortable on camera, love fitness products, and can keep an audience engaged, we want to talk to you.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. Full-time employees receive health insurance coverage.

What You'll Do

• Host live streams on TikTok Shop, showcasing our treadmill and walking pad products
• Demonstrate products on camera with energy and confidence
• Chat with viewers in real time — answer questions, respond to comments, keep the vibe upbeat
• Guide promotions like flash sales, giveaways, and coupons during the stream
• Encourage viewers to add to cart and complete purchases through natural, engaging conversation
• Adjust your product intro and pacing based on live audience response
• Coordinate with our operations team before each stream — product selection, script review, warm-up
• Occasionally help film short promo clips and post-stream highlight videos (additional compensation provided)

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people
• Reliable and punctual — live streaming runs on a schedule
• Interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle products is a plus

No prior live stream or TikTok experience required — we'll train you.

Pay & perks

Base pay starts at $25/hr for experienced hosts and $22/hr for entry-level. Top performers can earn up to $55/hr with our bonus structure, which includes:

Flexible — we have openings for both full-time and part-time hosts. Evening and weekend shifts available with additional pay.
