Okie Staffing is hiring Meat Carvers to support premier hospitality clients across Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knife skills who enjoy working events, interacting with guests, and delivering high-quality food presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent food presentation according to client specifications
  • Follow direction from culinary supervisors and event leadership
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times
  • Utilize strong knife skills to carve, slice, and prepare meats
  • Follow proper portion control to ensure consistency and minimize waste
  • Provide a professional, guest-focused experience during service
  • Support team members and assist with additional duties as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain reliable attendance and arrive prepared for scheduled shifts
  • Follow all uniform and appearance standards

Requirements

Culinary training or education preferred

ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of culinary or food service experience

Demonstrated knife handling and carving skills

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and handling standards

Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members

Professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
