About the Role
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will be responsible for administering medications, supplies, and treatments to our residents under the supervision of our nursing staff. This includes:
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications, supplies, and treatments to residents as ordered by our medical team
- Supplies Management: Manage and maintain the inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal care and efficiency
- Treatments and Procedures: Assist with treatments and procedures as directed by our nursing staff
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, treatments, and supplies
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, supplies, and treatments to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns to our nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and supplies
- Collaborate with our nursing team to achieve optimal resident care and outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
