Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the staff with client inquiries;
  • Monitor project progress in our system;
  • Ensure that returns are filed by required deadlines;
  • Provide Partners with project reports that allow them to identify the status of work in the office;
  • Contact clients to request information and provide updates on the status of tax returns;
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and respond to current and prospective clients;
  • Handle various office duties to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office setting;
  • Strong multitasking skills and experience working with the public;
  • A degree is preferred.
