The Community Associate position is an important position on our team. Thisposition will provide assistance to the Receptionist with phones, registering new residents andproviding customer service to homeowners who visit the HOA office. This position willreport to the Assistant General Manager and will provide secretarial support to members ofthe Association staff relating to Design Review. It is critical our team has an understanding,friendly and customer service approach with our residents.

Compensation
$21.00 - 22.00 per hour; direct experience highly considered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets with residents, take trouble calls, direct residents to outside agencies whenrequired.
- Must be able to calm an upset resident and be professional at all times.
- New resident registrations, issuing of member ID cards, guest passes and vehicletransponders.
- Accept and review Home Improvement Applications.
- Process courtesy notice for lighting violations.
- Conference room setup and tear down.
- Assist with inventory of office supplies.
- Monitor HOA bulletin board.
- Check mail daily.
- Create and/or maintain spreadsheets to keep track of notices.
- Scan and file documents into member files, daily.
- Review and maintain electronic submissions (forms) as necessary, such as informed
consent waivers, email consent, and age verification form.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to write correspondence and respond to complaints and inquiries in a coherentand readily understood manner.
- Ability to work as a team player in a professional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with homeowners and resolveconflicts and problems courteously and tactfully.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
