This Physician role involves independently providing clinical services for acute conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu, minor injuries, and infections.
- Requires graduation from an accredited medical school and 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including adult and pediatric practice preferred.
- Must be Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Emergency Medicine with active state licensure.
- Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine and skills in procedures like suturing and splinting are necessary.
- Responsibilities include patient examination, diagnosis, treatment, ordering tests, recording notes, patient education, vaccinations, and supervising PA/NP providers remotely.
- Work shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, with additional duties as assigned.
