RN Supervisor

This full-time nursing supervisor position entails working a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift three days a week, with rotating weekends and holidays, and includes a $3.50/hour shift differential.

• Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and meeting residents' medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Require a valid PA nursing license, minimum one year of long-term care experience, CPR certification, and proficiency in administering medications and IV therapy.
• Supervise nursing staff, assist in resident assessments and care planning, coordinate daily rounds, and address operational issues.
• Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, processing supply needs, and managing employee health directives.
