At MKBC, we save lives every day by providing blood products and services to hospitals in PA and NJ. The Technical Director of Laboratory Services will lead to the Blood Center laboratories operations through the oversight of the Donor Testing, Manufacturing and Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL)., ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes fiscal responsibility, adoption of advancing technologies, cross-departmental collaboration, and full regulatory compliance across all laboratory functions. This is a Supervisory role with CLIA qualifications within the blood center labs.

The anticipated salary for this position starts at $110,000, is commensurate with experience, and is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary
