Real Estate Closing Compliance Manager

Our Real Estate Closing Compliance Manager oversees commercial real estate transactions, corporate compliance, and closing coordination for a growing multi-location organization. This role will partner closely with internal leadership, legal counsel, leaders, title companies, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of acquisitions, financing, development projects, and operational compliance initiatives.

Made to Order Holdings, LLC (also referred to as “MTOH”) is a licensed Franchisee for Whataburger and has the exclusive right to develop and operate restaurants in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Made to Order Holdings and Built to Order Holdings, LLC (also referred to as “BTOH”) will develop 80+ units over the next five to seven years with 13 stores open to date and plans to acquire additional territories in the surrounding areas.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field

· 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, closings, or legal/compliance operations

· Strong understanding of transaction documents, financing, title, survey, and due diligence processes

· Experience working with attorneys, lenders, developers, and external business partners

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Docusign, and document management platforms

· Manage commercial real estate transactions from acquisition through closing, including financing, due diligence, compliance, and contract review

· Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, brokers, contractors, title companies, and leadership teams throughout the transaction lifecycle

· Oversee corporate filings, licenses, registrations, document management, reporting, and operational compliance

· Support construction and development initiatives through contract coordination and project documentation

· Identify process improvements and help streamline real estate and legal operations

· Prepare executive summaries, transaction trackers, and reporting dashboards for leadership

Pay: $58,581.02 - $70,549.18 per year
