Your Role as Clinical Director

As a Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring our treatment programs meet the highest standards of care. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Excellence - Guide programs in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
• Develop & Implement Best Practices - Maintain fidelity to Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment and other culturally relevant models.
• Supervise & Mentor Teams - Provide training, support, and clinical oversight to staff.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards - Oversee documentation, reporting, and adherence to JCAHO standards.
• Collaborate with Leadership - Work with senior teams to enhance program effectiveness and drive innovation.
• Build the Amatus Clinical Brand - Shape our clinical identity and uphold our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Licensed LPC, LCSW, LPE, or Psychologist (state licensure required)

10+ years of experience in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, or social services

Strong leadership skills with a commitment to clinical excellence

Experience With JCAHO Standards And Performance Improvement Preferred
