Apartment Maintenance Positions Available

Maintenance Foreman for Rancho Del Sol

• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
• HVAC experience and EPA certification required
• Pool certification a plus
• Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus
• Previous property management experience
• A hands-on supervisory approach
• Four year supervisory experience preferred
